Thank you Purofirst! I recently found myself in a terrible situation, late in the evening and needed help. I manage a high rise HOA in Bethesda, where the problem occurred. I just wanted to take a minute to thank PuroFirst for the excellent serivce provided for the mitigation. Home leak is stressful but they responded promptly. From the first call to the final paperwork, all went well. The Technicians Haroldo Vargas, Manuel de Paz, and Fredy Castañeda were respectful and diligent. We had a major water heater leak, and the Purofirst team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Emergency Services Division Manager DJ got a crew out to our home within just a couple of hours. The remediation team, led by technician Antonio, worked quickly and efficiently.
