We've been in our retirement forever house for about 5 years, on the TN river, and noticed that we could not get ride of dust. Our neighbors had no dust issues. So we shopped around for HVAC cleaners, that were bonded, pleasant, and professional, and picked PuroClean. They came on time, band new equipment, and the employees were friendly and professional. We are so HAPPY we picked PuroClean! We give them a 5+ Star rating.
Mrs. Penny is the sweetest to talk to. If you've met the owners, they have a heart of gold. The amount of care their whole team puts into what they do is phenomenal.
I have used PuroClean for two different projects. Both times, the company has been very professional and done a great job! We've had 2 flooding events in the house in 2 months. The first company took 4 hours to get here and start. PuroClean was here in less then an hour. Helped clean up the water,we missed set up the equipment and had us on the road to a piece of mind. They were here when they said they would be. Jorge kept me in the loop on everything.
