Jordan and Bairon from PuroClean provided exceptional customer service throughout our water extraction and home renovation process after a kitchen flood. Both went above and beyond with their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help in ways we never expected. They even installed cabinet stoppers and fixed our front door, which had been difficult to open and close for quite some time. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care turned what started as a nightmare into a home we are happy to come bac... read more
We had a slow leak in dishwasher that filled the hidden areas of kitchen island with mold. Needed a full tear out and clean. Jordan and his crew were very thorough, careful, and communicated very well throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Jordan went above and beyond to help me restore my home after it was damaged by flooding. From the beginning, he was professional, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented. He worked closely with my insurance company, coordinated the repair schedule, and was always quick to respond to my questions. Thanks to Jordan’s dedication, my home was restored to its original condition before the flood. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I truly appreciate everything he did. Jordan and his team at PuroClean came out the next day after we had tile removed and concrete jackhammered. There was dust everywhere. They cleaned the entire house thoroughly and efficiently. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The house is now clean and ready for the next phase of our remodel. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
Puro Clean came out right away to handle water damage from a sewage backup from our shower. They were very kind and knowledgeable, and happily answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them.
