Archie and his crew came out quickly after our pipe burst and handled everything from start to finish with real professionalism. I couldn't be happier with how PuroClean delivered their services to me. The company immediately sent their team to our house after we discovered water damage which occurred when water leaked from the second floor to the first floor because they needed to examine the damage and start the restoration work.Brandon and Andres provided an outstanding experience during our collaboration. After returning home late from vacation to find out 1/4 of our house was flooded from running water from a broken sink faucet, we called PuroClean of Rahway and Archie showed up fast to inspect the damage, explain the insurance and restoration process, and answered any questions. An unfortunate situation occurred where the top condo damage my condo from a leak. Although I was out of town on a work trip I was able to coordinate with Archie whom was referred to me by Allstate.
