Puro Clean NB came to the rescue after coming home from out of town to find flood damage. Tony brought in construction manager Jeremy Martinez and they went to work immediately. After Tony had the place dried out and cleaned up Jeremy and his team came in and began the re construction process and they did and excellent job in all aspects of my major project. They were always on time and explained everything they were about to rebuild which set us at ease. I would highly recommend them if a home disaster strikes.

PuroClean did an outstanding job at reorganizing my garage/storage area. The staff were all so professional and pleasant to work with. It was a reasonable cost for the amount of time and labor involved. I'm already planning my next project for them.

Early one morning I woke up to a water pipe burst that flooded my house. I called PuroClean and Tony and his team showed up right away and got to work. They explained all they were doing as they did it and why they were doing it. Misty and her crew were friendly and polite and very understanding as I tried to deal with the damage and aftermath. Puro Clean of New Braunfels did a great job! Our ten year old Toto toilet somehow cracked from the inside while we were on vacation. They showed up the same day we called. Misty explained the water removal process really well and checked on it everyday--even on the weekends. Sebastian, project manager, did a great job managing the restoration process. Both Misty and Sebastian worked with our insurance. Jeremy, the construction manger, found needed materials to repair water logged floors and walls better than before.

They did everything they said they would do plus more! Decontamination ended up costing more out of pocket than i thought, but the reconstruction aspect headed by Jeremy made me feel a lot better and soften the blow with the additional work that was provided. I would recommend.
