PuroClean was the third restoration provider we met over the course of a water leak problem in our kitchen and they were definitely the best. They were referred to us by our insurance company. When others told us our entire kitchen had to basically be torn apart (including countertops, backsplash, plumbing and floor), PuroClean gave us a good plan that caused the least amount of disruption. Toilet backed up and flooded bathroom and bedroom. PuroClean showed 3 hrs after it was reported to insurance company. Their people were great very knowledgeable and did the water removal and dehumidifying and kept in touch with us to talk about the status of the job.

Once again, PuroClean provided expert water mitigation service for my kitchen maple floors. The team was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. From the initial assessment of the situation to the installation of drying equipment, Incencio kept me informed of every step, as well as daily progress updates. They are efficient in their communications, prompt with keeping their scheduled appointments and professional with performing the agreed upon service. PuroClean, especially Nicola and his team, were wonderful to work with. After a pipe burst in my basement, they handled the demolition with honesty, professionalism, and care. Everyone was respectful, hardworking, and easy to communicate with. Their quote was fair, and when the job was done, they only charged for the actual work completed with no unnecessary extras. It’s hard to find people who work with this level of honesty and professionalism. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.
